Marshmallow is a beautiful plant that is very soft to the touch, growing tall with light pink flowers. It is soothing in every sense of the word- the roots are full of gooey mucilage that is known for healing irritated tissues. The whole plant has anti-inflammatory properties and has traditionally been used to treat imbalances within the respiratory, digestive and urinary systems.
